The water-based and water-repellent lacquer is perfect for a wide variety of decoupage projects – and you can use it on wood, cardboard and plastic.Our decoupage lacquer comes with all the qualities a decoupage lacquer should have: It's great for napkins and cut-out paper – once the lacquer has dried, you can wipe them down – and you can use it as both a glue and a medium. If you're using the lacquer to make decoupage, simply apply the lacquer, place the paper over it and let it dry. You can then brush one or more layers over the surface – this protects the paper and gives it an extra-attractive finish. Please note: When making decoupage with napkins, use the top layer of the napkin only – and the surface should be white, so that the motif stands out as clearly as possible
